Technology is eight layers deep. Most firms own one of them. We take responsibility for all eight, and for how they fit together.

01The problem

Five vendors.
Five versions of the truth.

Most companies buy technology in pieces: an agency, a cloud consultant, a security firm, an IT desk. Every hand-over between them is a place for things to fall through.

04Engagements

Three ways
to work together.

Same team, same standards. The only difference is how long we're in the room.

A typical first
twelve weeks.

Every project is different. The shape usually isn't. And notice the last bar doesn't end.

06Principles

Rules we hold
ourselves to.

Doing everything only works if you can trust the people doing it. These are the rules we work by. We're happy to put them in the contract.

P.01

We'll tell you when not to build.

The cheapest feature is the one you didn't need. We say so, even when it costs us the work.

P.02

We stay after launch.

Go-live is a shift change, not a goodbye. Support, security and improvement are part of the job.

P.03

Plain language, always.

Every plan, proposal and invoice readable by someone who isn't technical.

P.04

Your systems stay yours.

Documented, accessible and portable. No lock-in, no hostage situations.

07Questions

Fair questions.

Do you really do everything?

Every layer in the stack above, yes. When something is truly specialist we'll say so, bring in a partner we trust, and stay accountable for the result.

Can you take over systems someone else built?

Most of our work starts that way. We begin with an audit, document what's there, fix what's urgent and then improve the rest.

Do you work alongside in-house teams?

Often. We can fill the gaps around your team, or embed with them. You decide where the line is.

How do you price?

Fixed price for defined projects, monthly for retainers, per seat for embedded teams. Every proposal is itemised in plain language.

  2. 01You tell us what's wrong, in a few lines. No brief template needed.
  3. 02We come back with questions, not a sales deck.
  4. 03You get a plain-language plan and a fixed price for the first step.
